B-pro is the new generation of products from "Day and Night" - the Bulgarian manufacturer with over 25 years of history in the development of iconic brands such as "Borovets" waffles.

Building on this experience, we set a new goal – to create a protein waffle that combines the functional qualities of modern protein foods with the taste and texture of a truly good waffle. Together with leading specialists with many years of experience in creating protein and functional foods, we developed the technology and perfected the recipes.

Creating B-pro took time. We tested. We changed. We improved. Until we reached the balance we were looking for – between taste, texture and functionality.

The result is B-pro – a waffle with 25% protein, collagen and no added sugar, created from carefully selected high-quality ingredients.

For the production of B-pro, we engineered a new specialized line, with which we build on what we have accumulated over the years and transfer it to the world of functional foods.

Because for us, PRO is not just more protein.
